Most people only think about backups on the day they need one. A plugin update goes wrong, a page gets deleted by mistake, or a site gets hacked. On that day, the only question that matters is: can we get it back?

Every night, automatically
Every night, while traffic is quiet, we take a fresh copy of:
- Your website files: pages, images, themes and plugins.
- Your website's database: your posts, orders, form entries and settings.
- Your email: every mailbox we host for you, with its messages and folders.
Nobody has to remember to do it. It just happens.
Stored somewhere else
A backup kept on the same server as your website isn't much use if that server has a problem. So every copy is sent to a separate, secure storage provider, away from our servers. Copies are locked for a set period, so they can't be changed or deleted, not even by mistake.
Ready when you need it
We keep daily copies so your website and email can be restored. If something goes wrong, even if nobody notices straight away, we can bring back a version from before the problem started.
Safe updates, too
Before we update WordPress or a plugin on your site, we take an extra backup. After the update, we check that your homepage, login page and a recent page still load. If anything breaks, the site is rolled back automatically.
