Why your website's emails end up in spam, and how we fix it
Contact-form messages and order emails that never arrive cost you enquiries and sales. Here's the usual cause, and what we do about it.

A customer fills in your contact form. Someone places an order. Your website sends an email. And then... nothing. It never reaches the inbox, or it lands quietly in spam.
It's one of the most common website problems, and one of the most expensive, because you never find out about the enquiries you missed.
The usual cause: your website doesn't look like you
Gmail, Outlook and other providers check every email for proof that it really comes from the address it claims. Think of it as a passport check.
The problem is that many websites send email with mismatched paperwork. The email says it's from yourbusiness.com, but it's actually sent from a Gmail address, or from the hosting company's own server name. To the receiving inbox, that looks exactly like a forged email. So it gets filtered out.
What we do on every site we host
Each website sends as its own domain. Your site's emails go out with your domain name on them, not a generic server name or a Gmail address.
We publish the right proof. Your domain gets the records that tell other providers which servers may send on your behalf, plus a digital signature on every email.
Replies still reach you. When a visitor fills in a form, hitting "Reply" goes straight back to them.
We watch for failures. If emails start bouncing, our team sees it and investigates.
A quick check you can do
Send yourself a test message through your own contact form, to a Gmail address. If it lands in spam, or doesn't arrive at all, something needs fixing.
Using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
That's fine. We set up your website so it doesn't interfere with your existing email provider, and form messages still reach your inbox.
Missing form messages? Talk to us and we'll check your website's email setup.
